Our practice focuses on benefiting our clients from the mechanisms available to optimize their operations, whether through nearshoring, expansion, development or the establishment of new businesses in Mexico through maquila, manufacturing, import, export, marketing, services to goods and people, IMMEX, PROSEC Programs, National or international Certifications such as VAT Certification, Authorized Economic Operator (OEA), CTPAT, ISO, among others.
We have extensive experience in obtaining programs and certifications, in day-to-day operations, as well as the optimization of programs and certifications. We are also pioneers in the practice of preventive audits at various levels to determine the degree of compliance with applicable regulations and to regularize processes if necessary.
We also support our clients in the pre-import process, which includes tariff classification, determination of non-tariff regulations and restrictions, obtaining prior import permits, registrations, specific patterns, certificates, quotas, among others, as well as the import and export process.
We advise our clients by participating in mergers and acquisitions projects, financing, and developments in foreign trade and customs.
We offer specialized knowledge in national and international investigations on antidumping and subsidies, application of safeguard measures and litigation, and arbitration in customs and trade matters.
