Eduardo García Fraschetto was born on April 14, 1984 in Mexico City. He graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Campus Santa Fe, in Mexico City in 2008 and received his law degree in 2009.

Subsequently, he studied at the Centro de Estudios Superiores en Ciencias Jurídicas y Criminológicas, Campus Ciudad de México, a specialization in oral procedure and a master’s degree in civil procedure, obtaining his specialization and master’s degrees in 2014 and 2016, respectively. Eduardo has also attended various courses, seminars and diplomas, among which the Diploma in Commercial Insolvency of the Escuela Libre de Derecho stands out.

He is an active member of the Mexican Bar Association, the Colegio de Abogados, A.C. and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Eduardo García Fraschetto has more than 17 years of experience advising and representing domestic and foreign clients, from multinational corporations to individuals.

His practice has focused on civil and commercial litigation before the state and federal courts in various jurisdictions of the Mexican Republic, as well as bankruptcy proceedings, arbitration, mediation and judicial proceedings related to the enforcement of arbitral awards.

His specialization includes the design of complex litigation strategies, as well as the prevention or defense of litigation, providing advice and counsel on the matter.

Eduardo has extensive experience in advising on corporate and partnership matters, as well as implementing practices to avoid future conflicts.

Eduardo is fluent in English and Spanish.

The main sectors and industries he has represented are energy, infrastructure, finance, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive, trade and public procurement. Eduardo has represented companies in mergers and acquisitions, public procurement, corporate disputes, construction and family law proceedings.

Eduardo has also represented several domestic and foreign companies as creditors in various bankruptcy proceedings.

Sheidel Francioli has more than 12 years of experience as a specialist in Regulatory, Foreign Trade and Customs. Sheidel Francioli graduated from the Universidad Anahuac, México Norte, in Mexico City, receiving a law degree.  

Sheidel Francioli has advised and represented national and foreign clients, assisting multinationals and individuals, including the automotive sector, textiles, chemical, electronic and electrical products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, luxury, software, cosmetics, aerospace, maquiladoras (IMMEX), e-commerce, energy, among others.  

Her practice has focused on attention and advice on foreign trade and customs, as well as regulatory matters, focused in on health sciences operations, as well as regulated economic sectors. Sheidel Francioli has extensive experience in designing strategies to optimize operations, as well as addressing contingencies arising from any omission or non-compliance. Her specialization includes, among others, preventive audits as well as the regularization of operations, providing advice and consulting on specific matters.     

Sheidel Francioli is fluent in English and Spanish.   

Sheidel has participated in various M&A matters in Foreign Trade, Customs and Regulatory- Health Sciences.
